Our story

Prise started with a question: what if recruiting was built on evidence instead of assumptions?

Most agencies screen candidates the same way they did 20 years ago. Skim the resume, check for a degree, ask a few generic questions, and hope for the best. We saw an opportunity to do it differently.

We brought together experienced recruiters, modern technology, and research from I/O psychology to build a process where every candidate is assessed on the behaviors that actually predict job performance. The result is a recruiting firm that moves faster, delivers stronger candidates, and gives hiring managers the evidence they need to make confident decisions.

Our team

Prise was founded by Andrew, who didn't have a traditional education or attend college, and instead built multiple businesses from scratch. That experience taught him that credentials don't predict performance. Our Head of Recruiting brings enterprise-level expertise from Amazon and Korn Ferry. After years inside the traditional agency model, she saw firsthand how outdated the process is for both companies and candidates. She joined Prise to help build something better. Our Head of Growth brings a background in paid acquisition, content marketing, and brand building to an industry that still relies on cold calls and LinkedIn InMails. Together, we combine recruiting depth, modern marketing, and technology to deliver what no single background could.
