2. Client Agreements
Engagement of our recruiting services is governed by individual service agreements between Prise and the client company. Placement fees, guarantees, and specific terms are outlined in those agreements.
3. Placement Guarantee
Prise offers a 60-day placement guarantee on all permanent placements. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 60 days of their start date, Prise will provide a replacement search at no additional fee. Specific guarantee terms are detailed in your service agreement.
4. Candidate Information
Candidates grant Prise permission to share their professional information, including resumes and screening results, with prospective employers as part of the placement process. Candidate information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Prise Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Prise provides recruiting services on a best-efforts basis. While we strive to present qualified candidates, we do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement in question.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
